I want my business/organization/etc to get noticed, but I'm not sure what I want. How can you help?
We offer consultations via Google Meet and/or Zoom. We are happy to discuss with you your goals and then provide you with some suggestions/options.

Can you tell me the price range for individual services?
Our service fees vary depending on the needs of our clients. Please reach out to us, and we'll be happy to give you a price quote for scope of work within 24 business hours.

What are the length of your service contracts?
We offer 3 to 12-month contracts. If you require frequent media services, this may be a better option for you than paying per service. We also offer "pay per service" for clients with short, one-time or infrequent projects.

I am part of a small business/organization. What's the advantage of hiring you versus bringing on my own employee?
When you hire us, think of us as a contractor. We do the same work as a full-time employee but at half the cost. On top of that--you're not obligated to offer a benefits package as you would with a traditional employee. You can either pay per service, or if you plan to use Spotlight Media Pros often, a contract may better suit your needs.

I'm interested in some of your services. How do I find out about pricing?
We believe the fees associated with our services are fair and reasonable. However, to remain competitive, we purposely exclude pricing from our website. However, contact us, and we'll gladly send you a sheet that explains some of our pricing. We are also happy to customize our fees to fit each client's needs.

I would like to have a project completed by your company. How long will it take to get the finished product?
We know that when a client wants a project done, they want it done 'yesterday.' Depending on your needs, it's difficult to give an exact timeline. However, we complete all projects in a timely manner and by specified deadline.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We use PayPal to email invoices directly to clients. Once a client receives an invoice from us, they can pay the amount due by debit, credit card, Venmo, and, of course, even PayPal.
