LOS ANGELES, CA (USA)/ AUGSBURG, GERMANY – Patrick Ehler, who is best known for his roles in the thriller "Davos;" the sci-fi production, "Hello;” and the historical drama, "Herrhausen" has signed with Lucky Star International Talent Agency for representation.

“I’m honored and thrilled to join such a respectable agency as a client. It’s a great fit. They understood that my goal as an actor is to work in soulful, meaningful, entertaining, and relatable productions with ethics and loyalty,” Ehler said.

Lucky Star, which is headquartered in Belgium, represents talented artists around the globe including Satellite Award winner and BAFTA actor, Adam Davenport; San Diego International Kids’ Film Festival Grand Jury Prize winner, Kata Dobó; Stephen Manas of Apple TV’s “Ted Lasso”; and many more.

“Their talents have all contributed to shows that explore the themes of connection, courage, teamwork, and empathy. It’s a privilege to be represented by the same agency as these wonderful actors are,” Ehler said.

In 2022, the actor – who is fluent in German, Portuguese, and English – nabbed a coveted role as the character, Marcel, in one of Europe’s most successful weekday dramas, “Storm of Love.” The same year, the Augsburg native worked with director Simon Verhoeven for the Milli Vanilli film adaptation, "Girl You Know It's True."

With no plans to slow down, Ehler’s upcoming projects include “The Blessing” (2025), “Ten Things to Talk About with Your Crush” (Post-Production), “Short Stories from the Third Floor” (Post-Production), and “Gasoline” (Pre-Production).

“I love everything about being on set. When taking on new projects, it is important to me that the script’s storyline holds the depth of bringing people together. I love storylines that are drawn from real life and inspired by imagination. I also enjoy adding a new perspective to the joys, sorrows, losses, and giving the viewer a sense of hope,” explained Ehler.

In addition to acting, Ehler served as the creative director in 2021 for the U.S.-produced feature film “Magic in the Maze” by Sam J. Accardi. He is also the author of the “Emotional Intelligence Workbook,” which was developed with Prof. Dr. Gilda Scarfe, who is a member of the Board of Directors at the Harvard Flourishing Programme. With his charitable engagement as a board member of the Federal Association of Emotional Intelligence (FAEI.eu), he advocates for mental health projects in educational institutions. He is also a member of the Queer Media Society - TIAS (The International Acting Studio) and the Federal Acting Association (BFFS.de).

As for what’s next for the 36-year-old actor, Ehler hopes to continue working with talented indie filmmakers around the globe. He’d also love to someday work with Viola Davis (actor); Reese Witherspoon (actor); “Star Trek” director, Valerie Weiss; “All is Quiet on the Western Front,“ director Edward Berger; and “Harry Potter” director/producer, David Yates.
